Our lovely 2 bedroomed self catering apartment is available to rent and is situated within the city of Inverness in the picturesque Highlands of Scotland. A wide range of amenities and attractions are within easy reach and the town centre is only 10 minutes drive, see Location. Most of the newest shops are in the nearby Business & Retail Park including the seven screen Vue Cinema and main 24hr Tesco Extra supermarket, an extensive list can be seen on the Tourist Information page. The main Eastgate shopping centre is only a further 5 minutes drive and boasts over 60 stores. We also have a ground floor garden house in a central location within the city which can be seen on its own website, visit Ballifeary.

The accommodation is all electric, offers all the comforts of home and has been decorated and furnished to a high standard, heating is by night storage radiators with convector also there's your own off street car parking space. For apartment pictures, floorplan etc visit the Accommodation page.

The area has a well served local bus service, again more details and restaurant guide, flights, train, bus, car hire, excursions etc are on the Tourist Information page. Stays of 3 days upwards will be considered along with a long stay winter let, prices are based on the season, number of nights and persons. It sleeps a maximum of 3 adults, however, with the addition of a portable bed a 4th person can be considered upon request, study the Prices & Availability.

A weekly cleaning and linen service is provided and should any problems arise a contact will be given for peace of mind. To avoid disappointment book early for major school holidays i.e. Easter, Summer, October, Xmas & New Year.
